solidmaps — Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 October 2026 · solidmaps is a service of Loadcircle Ltd, England and Wales.

Use of the service

solidmaps provides route planning, turn-by-turn guidance and parking information for personal and commercial driving use. You agree not to abuse the API, resell access, or use the service in ways that violate applicable law.

No warranty — safety first

Routing, navigation and parking data are provided "as is", derived from OpenStreetMap and open routing engines. They may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Road restrictions such as bridge heights, weight limits and parking rules are warnings, not guarantees. Always obey road signs and local regulations; do not follow route guidance where it conflicts with the road, the law or common sense. solidmaps is not a replacement for a certified commercial navigation system.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loadcircle Ltd is not liable for fines, damage, delay, injury or loss arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, for a free tier, is zero).

Pro tier

Paid features, where offered, are licensed per user and may be withdrawn or changed with notice. If a purchase is unavailable, no payment is taken.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. The current version always lives at this address. Governing law: England and Wales.
